Ack!

If anyone learns saddlebag lake conditions in the next couple days please post. Otherwise I will call later in the week, but I trust folks here more.

My understanding is that they don't close the gate on Saddlebag Lake Rd until 120 closes for the season. I've driven up there in late season with a foot of snow on the road near the dam. As for the actual condition of the road, I've gotten some pretty good beta from the east side locals on supertopo.

I time FIS/USSA and Ski Club Races (Nationally Cert'd with the USSA & Internationally Cert'd with the FIS) along with assist in setting up all the Ski and Snowboard race courses.

Hmm, all 3 were open last night around ~10 when I checked
(And I had gone through Sonora around 6:30)

All 3 are closed at the moment.
Must have gotten more snow overnight.

Tioga was closed when I filled up at Crane Flat around noon on Saturday, and it was snowing like mad.

If I'm reading the Caltrans site correctly, Sonora and Ebbetts are now open. Tioga still closed.

This morning, 7300ft atop Kingsbury Grade near the access road to Heavenly. (South Lake Tahoe, NV side)

No snow down in Carson Valley. Looks like the snowline came down to about 6k.

Here's the lake this morning:
