update on Grand Canyon-Parashant area...Camping at Toroweap Campground is now by reservation only. Entry to Toroweap Viewpoint section also requires a Day Use Fee now. One must produce this permit (purchased BEFORE getting to the entry station) to the volunteers or ranger at the entry station. The number of users is officially capped, but my party saw many more vehicles and people than are permitted.
