A Few Words: Swiss living in Sweden. Mountaineering in the Valais- region (Switzerland) and all around the globe.

Some of my true favourite places and mountains are Cotopaxi, Ecuador, Aconcagua and the 4000m peaks around Saas Fee, Switzerland. Member of SAC Swiss Alpine Club, Section Piz Lucendro.

Aconcagua and the Polish Traverse: A great experience

Below you can see my video from February 2012 when my friend Johan and I climbed Aconcagua. We went unsupported (except for a mule) and climbed the mountain after 13 days using a variation of the Polish traverse route where our second high camp was camp 3 of the Guanaco route. The summit push was then made from Camp Colera at around 6.000m. The long walkout through the vast Vacas valley was endless...
