I really enjoyed this report. I think you certainly hit all of the best parts of the hike with your writing. Those were the best wildflowers I've seen on a hike (at least from what I can remember). Great photos as well. Also thanks for the kind words at the end. I have really enjoyed the experiences we've had climbing these mountains. I'm glad we have a similar interest (even if many think we're crazy).
Thanks! Yeah, those wildflowers were incredible. Top-to-bottom, I don't think I've seen that many different colors spread throughout a hike. It's been a blast exploring the Wasatch with you, and I look forward to more adventures in the future. After all, it's not every day you can find a friend who also takes joy in sliding down the snow in a garbage bag ;)
Thanks, Matt. I can relate, since there's so much good stuff closer to me in the Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons that it took me a while to get back down to Timp, but I'd definitely recommend it. There aren't quite as many classic scrambles down there, but the scenery is still awesome.

Re: Great report!!I'm glad you liked it. With scenery so good, I can't believe it took me so long to hike the Aspen Grove Trail!
