Start from the car park near the ski lifts, walk along the normal track to the north face cliffs, go up before you reach the hut and traverse to the base of the climb.

Route Description

First part is quite steep and can be icy (about 60-70 degrees), then continue through the gully (50 degrees), straight up until you reach the chimney the route is named after.

You will end up in a notch of Tower Ridge which you will have to climb onto (this might be tricky, take care), continue on the steep ridge to the summit plateau.

Full winter climbing gear, so at least 2 ice axes, crampons, icescrews and schlings for protection
