Looking back at Pointe de Vouasson (3490m) from the base of the SW ridge of Mont de l'Etoile

The freshly made snowshoe tracks coming from Pointe de Vouasson are mine. I'm near the base of the SW ridge of Mont de l'Etoile now, and From the left comes a bigger trail, though not nearly as big and spread out as the highway leading to Pointe de Vouasson itself. Apparently Mont de l'Etoile is a lot less popular. 10 March 2014.
