Wore these without any liner sock inside plastic boots snowshoeing and ice-climbing and never got cold feet, even standing around on belay. The intergrated liner seems to work as advertised.
I wish they were taller, they only reach the top of my boots. Look for the InGenious Boot or Snow socks if you can get them, they have more wool and less synthetic.
