New trip report Extending the Pemi Loop. Rather long report, but it was a rather long hike.

My wife and I have pretty much decided that we don't have enough time to do Yellowstone next year. I can get three weeks off, but she can only get two. And that's not enough time to do the trip right. So we're likely going to head up to New England instead. Yes, we've been before, but we can try some new areas and I can bag some peaks I've never done.

Feel free to make some suggestions.

Bob, you should start a thread to ask for suggestions. You'll get plenty. What time of year will you be making the trip?

We haven't nailed down the exact dates, especially since we've put the brakes on the Yellowstone/Tetons trip (which was going to be in August).
