and stunning mountain scenery! Thanks for sharing! Cheers Afzal
Compliment coming from you means a world, Afzal. You have the most incredible mountain photos I have seen in my life.
Thank you for everything,
...candidate. Marc, your pics are all so nice. You need to consider putting out a calendar using some of these wonderful captures. Still colder than you know what here in utah (and I'm still shoveling snow)
Well, I would love to have you as a judge any day, Dean.
As far as putting these pics in a calendar goes, mmmmmm,
never thought they were that good. But, certainly worth a consideration.
Thank you, Dean, for bringing so much life and wisdom to Summit Post.
The calendar idea I would second immediately, Marc!! Your pictures scream for it! :-)
Wow, thanks, Eric. I wouldn't mind just selling the photos and letting someone else do all the work.
One can create calendars online, and oftentimes the quality is really excellent! Just recently I uploaded photos of mine to ifolor.at (I don't know if they are also in the U. S.), and I was very happy with the calendars they sent me. Only thing is, it's not very cheap; something like $28.- per calendar...
I guess this is from you recent holiday trip, great!
Thank you Noondueler. Yes, I did take this photo on our last trip.
Great contrast of colors and scenery!
Many thanks for the compliment. I feel lucky that I had all that snow to help me out.
Thanks for dropping by David,
What is the moutains int the bakcground?
Thank you Konrad, the mountain in the background is
La Sal mountains. They consist of three distinct groupings.
what's the road? is it 4wd only?
The road is paved, but it just happened to have snow on it.
Thanks for dropping by,
already says it all.
This is my fav among the mind blowing series of shots you submitted recently.
keep 'em coming. :)
Thank you so much Barb. I'll do my best.
Stunning, attention grabing photo!
Thank you Fredd, It was only luck that I had all the snow to add so much to this photo.
Thanks for dropping by Fredd,
The La Sal's are spectacular in snow.
They resemble cool white goddesses positioned over the ruins of a colorful
civilization lost in time.
