Finest Feature...

Practically everything in Yosemite has received some attention here on Summitpost except one of its most fantastic features; its waterfalls. So here is an opportunity to display those pictures that show off the falls but don't quite fit on other pages.

There are four primary regions in Yosemite with named waterfalls. The best and most famous is Yosemite Valley. Yosemite, Bridalveil, Vernal and Nevada Falls are known around the world. The Tuolumne River also contains numerous named waterfalls and countless significant cataracts. What used to be the Hetch Hetchy Valley also has a series of substantial waterfalls. Lastly, the Wawona area has a couple of significant falls. Of course, the Park is loaded with other smaller falls. This page is certainly focused on named falls, but any falling water in Yosemite is welcome.
