Beautiful:

This is a beautiful picture of the Welsh Coast scenery. Lovely colours connect the sky, rocks and water.

Hello Dan and Davey:

I note the description beneath the picture is
denoted as "October 2009."

I see blue sky with rays of sunlight hitting
the water. Isn't this a bit unusual to be
seeing along the Welsh Coastline in October?

I did a so-called "North Atlantic cruise" in
1979, and the skies were gray all the way from the Rock of Gibraltar to Norway.

Thirty years later, the sunshine appears be
alive and well along the Welsh Coast.

Is there an answer for this ???

Well I am not sure if the Welsh have any course for climate change...?
Even though I live another 250 miles away from Wales in Kent we here in Kent have had some lovely warm and pleasant weather for this time of year.
Normally known as our Indian summers.

Hi there, yes this photo was taken last weekend. I've just got back from another day's climbing and the weather has been just as good – it's making up for the dreary summer we've just had.

Funny, but where I am, i.e. in C/CE Europe this month's been awful so far - it seems like it's making up for the gorgeous September. :)

Do you know we've got one renowned Welshman living here? I guess he spent last summer in Poland and now he must be back in Cymru. ;)

Well, as far as the mts are concerned, probably a bit more than Scotland but overall not that much: maximum snow depth last winter (in cm) - click on the little map in the top left-hand corner.

Cheer up, Dan, if I had my way:) I'd trade all our snow for some gorgeous rocky shores like those of Pembrokeshire.

Me thinks that's even a greater amount of snow
than what we get in central Arizona.

But we have the Crimson King and the Iron "Oxide" Curtain, so I'm keeping my smile and my mouth shut !!!
