| Did this as a short acclimation hike on our way to Cottonwood Basin for a backpack trip. Incredible views - the effort to scenery ratio is crazy. Surprised more people don't hike this one. | |

| Descending a route through the high alpine moraine field down to the outlet for gaylor lakes. Very quiet walk; well worth the extra mile or two for a little solitude. | |

| Hiked from Tioga pass when I was 7. Took shortcut on way to mine by going down North-West side. Summit views were great. Easy hike from saddle, a little harder on the NW side. | |
