Hiking Kings In One Day

I hiked Kings in 11 hours 15 min. This was my 4th time hiking it. But first time trying it in one day. I started at Henrys Fork trail head at 4:10 and finished at the same trail head at 15:25. It was a great day.
Elk Horn Crossing 06:30
Gun Sight 8:40
Took the short cut from Gun Sight
Summited Kings Peak 10:19
Gun Sight 12:00
Trail Head agian 15:25
I trained for this with P90X for 90 days and hiked Lone Peak the Saturday before in 8 hours.
