Overview

Manzanita Campground is a small and very popular campground that is open year round and located just outside of the main town of Sedona. It boasts a great fishing hole, birdwatching and just great scenery in general. It however is pretty small, so sites get taken up fast. It has 18 campsites of which about 10 are reservable

Getting There

From Flagstaff

Drive south on Highway 89A for about 21 miles. It will be on your left hand side.

From Sedona

Drive north on Highway 89A for about 6 miles. It will be on your right hand side.

Fees

Overnight Camping - $18 (Up to 8 people)

Extra Vehicle (Space permitting) - $7

Picnic or Day use (10am-1pm) - $7 (Camp spots are available for this use during these times)

Firewood - $6 per bag or $15 per 3 bags (Available from camp host)

50% discount may be available for holders of the Golden Age/Access passes or the America the Beautiful Senior/Access passes This discount excludes the general America the Beautiful pass holders unless they have the special designation of Senior or disabled.

Red Tape/Restrictions

No Trailers, only small vehicles and tents allowed
No utility hookups
Quiet time from 10 pm to 6 am
Pets are allowed, but need to be on a leash or restrained somehow
No Horses
Stays are limited to 7 days
No motorbikes except for entering or leaving campsite
No glass containers at nearby Slide Rock State Park or Grasshopper Point swimming areas.
