Trango Ice Boot
I climb a lot of ice, from WI 3 to WI 6. I climb in conditions much less than freezing with these boots with no worries although La Sportiva's idea was that this be a mixed boot not used in very cold conditions. I always prefer a light boot however and this boot keeps me warm at -20c....any lower than that and I am not climbing waterfall ice much anyway. Great/quick fit, lightweight is biggest feature, enjoy the lace cover and the unique 2 stage cinching capability. Replace the in soles with Sole footbeds or some other professional insert and the boot will stay warmer in harsher conditions. The built-in gaiter allows you to get by without gaiters if the ice is close to the road.

GREAT boots!
Just bought a pair yesterday and I wore them around all day long and have loved them so far. They breathe really well but do keep your feet toasty warm. I also really like how light they are, I have a pair of the Trango S EVO's and I've really loved those boots too. I'll repost a review after I've used them a few times.
