I dropped my Osprey pack about 200 ft, mangled the frame. They sent me a new one.

I'm appreciating that they may very well honor a replacement far beyond. Thanks for the heads up!

Apologies for the threadjack but Cilogear deliverd to Anchorage today, 1 week after order. Black Diamond Mission 75 from REI still on backorder from 18th April.

I love my Osprey Aether 85. It's very versatile and I've never had a more comfortable pack. Even with about 65 lbs of gear I've never had any chafing.
