Canadian Rockies beta/guidebook, 2014 snowpack

I'm looking to spend some solo (<= 5.6, relatively safe glacier travel) time in the Canadian Rockies this summer, and am looking for information on both routes and logistics, e.g. park fees and cheap/free camping. I have already found a lot of good information on Dow's pages here. Would Dougherty's "Selected Alpine Climbs" be more complete, or would another book be more appropriate?

Also, any info on the year's snowpack would be appreciated. Judging by ...

FA in Centennial Range - Alaska/Yukon

Does anyone know if there has been any recorded summit attempts on the peaks along the border near Mt. British Columbia and Mt. Yukon? What we know, is that only these two + Mt. Northwest been climbed back in 1967.

Here is a short movie teaser from our trip in april 2013. Two sucessfully summit attempts on two nameless but prominent peaks in the border zone:

Winter Ascent of Huntington's French Ridge

Don't faint kids, this is a post about something other than politics and guns from me.

A mountain I have skied by a couple of times and have always been in love with, now has been climbed on a hard route in the winter by some tough dudes (not me)....

2-3 day hike in Anchorage/Chugach area.

We are taking another trip to Alaska this July (2014) and would welcome any recommendations for a 2-3 day backpacking trip. Two years ago we did the Crow Pass Trail and we're looking for another point to point trip of a similar length. I have been reading about the Ship Creek Valley Trail but am a bit concerned about the mud, overgrowth and lack of a clear trail to follow. I'm confident of my map ...

DUI in Europe, getting in to Canada

Would be great if someone can help me on this. Does anyone know what kind of documents Canada will request from me in order to enter the country? I have a job offer, but I also have a 1 year old (first) DUI in Europe. It hasn't been to court yet, as it happened while on vacation in a Southern European country - they are slow!

I know I will need a Labout Market Opinion ...

Howdy folks,
