Thanks man. Unplug our youth and get them outdoors! 10 years from now will they remember that they got to level 18 on Captain Cosmo or that they climbed a mountain? My kids can't remember what they had for lunch yesterday but they can tell me which can opener I used on a backpacking trip two years ago.
I totally agree. I "made" my boys go with me when they were younger. Once we got to the destination it was all good. On the way there was a different story. I used to just put them in front and "gently" push them along. I wondered at the time if it would sink in, and it has. My oldest, now 23, loves hiking. He backpacked up to a nearby peak just to see the fireworks in the valley. All you have to do is plant the seed man! Again, great album!
