Salomon XT Wings GTX Trail Hiking Shoe

Have the speed of the wind when you wear the super durable Solomon XT Wings GTX Trail Running Shoe.

The perfectly balanced combination of two opposing concepts- cushioning and agility. The XT Wings provides unparalleled speed and power making this our most balanced achievement thus far.

The Salomon Men’s XT Wings GTX Trail Running Shoe won’t quite let you peacefully float over muddy trails and treacherous debris without a care in the world, but the waterproof breathable Gore-Tex membrane, gusseted tongue, and sidewall mudguard will keep moisture and trail detritus from getting into your shoe and ruining your trail run. An asymmetrical Quicklace gives you a secure fit with a single pull, and Salomon’s Active Cushioning System chassis stabilizes your foot on rough, uneven terrain. The XT Wings also features an OrthoLite insole for ergonomic comfort and a Contagrip outsole to help you stay upright in slick conditions

Great shoes
for either training, trail running or long approaches these shoes will meet the challenge head on. Comfortable and above all stable in the foot-plant.

Good Shoes
These shoes are pretty comfortable. I would consider these more of a light hiking shoe, good for day trips than a trail running shoe though.
