Telepack Avalanche Shovel

Although I have never used this in a rescue scenario, I have used it dozens of time in the backcountry in Colorado winters. I have built igloos, snow caves, thrown snow at partners and bolstered tent sites with this beauty. I do wish the shovel held a little more snow when shovel but would not sacrifice the compact size. I can take it apart and fit it in my pack.
